Sorry for the cheesy lyrics from a country song, but this song really speaks to how I'm feeling these days.

My life is going absolutely amazing now. My girlfriend and I are doing wonderful. I never thought that a relationship could be so easy. Everyone says, "Oh you have to work at it to have a successful relationship". Well maybe we are just weird, but it has been exceptionally easy for us. She's beautiful, smart, funny and amazing in every way!

Sorry, thats enough bragging I guess but I felt the need to share.

On to other news. I had my fall graduation ceremony last weekend. I was named valedictorian. It was a little nerve racking to get up and give a speech, but everyone said I did very well. It was a lot of fun anyways.

And on to the reason I come on dA. The art! Seeing as how I've been slacking, I managed to stockpile over 3700 in my inbox. I've made it to under 3000 now but its still a long way to go. Here are a few of the 's I have discovered in the last 2 days.

Okay, so you are probably all thinking: "Oh yeah, here he goes again", I really hope this is it this time. I do miss dA and I miss my photography a lot. Hopefully I am back for good this time, but at the same time I can't make any promises.

Yesterday I picked my camera up for the first time since May. I know... I know thats horrible! Not trying to make excuses but I just haven't had time. And it's not that I even have any more time right now but I plan on making time for something I love doing so much.

And I just want to say a huge thank you to my amazing girlfriend for helping to push me back in this direction. I know you will read this hun and I really appreciate it. You're amazing!

I also owe a huge thank you to all my supporters here on dA. I've missed you all and I've missed seeing all your work. I hope to get around to commenting on all of it in the near future. You are all wonderful and it's your support and critique that has helped draw me back here.

So anyways, I hope this is going to be the start of a new era for me here on dA and I will be doing a huge feature soon for anyone who has it in their heart to forgive me for being away so long.

Alright, so I know this whole hiatus thing has gone on far too long. I just let all my messages build up more and more. After realizing I had 2500 deviations to check and 800+ messages, I finally had to just clear it all and start anew.

Anyways, I intend on spending more time on here, not as much as I once did, but more than I have lately. I will be going through all my close friends galleries very soon to catch up on your work from the last few months.

A lot has happened since my last update. I finally visited the Rockies for the first time, although unfortunately was not familiar with my new camera at the time, and I doubt that any of the shots will make it to my gallery (even though I took about 2000). I should have some new work to upload soon though. I also moved, got a sweet 3 bedroom house with some roomates so it has cut the bills by more than half for me.

Movin on... I have missed all of you more than you know. I hope you can forgive me for my absence, but my 3D life took precedence for a little while. So yeah, hopefully this time I am back for good. I look forward to seein all the work I have missed out on.

Oh and *SarahSleaze, be sure to check out what book I am finally reading... thanks for recommending it, it is amazing!!!!!!!

Hello all my wonderful friends and watchers! Oh how I've missed thee. It's been nearly two months, and I just want to say I am extremely sorry for that. But I am back now and will not neglect you anymore. Forgive me if it takes some time to catch up on all my messages and commenting on all your wonderful work. I have almost 1600 deviations to look at. Sorry, but I will not be able to comment on your journals, although a few of you will get notes over the next few days I am sure.

Anyways, so you probably all wonder where I have been. It started when my monitor kicked the bucket around New years, so I was back to using my crappy old CRT with the curved screen which does not do justice to any of the artwork on here. But I finally managed to get a new 19" widescreen LG which is amazing. And the best part is that all I have to do for it is tutor a guy in my class. So that was the main reason.

Second was I met someone, someone very wonderful. I'm not one for love at first sight or anything like that but we both fell for each other pretty hard. Not going to go into any details, but once again it didn't work out for me. No big surprise there, should have known it all along.

So I have decided to just go back to concentrating on my work and my photography, two things in my life that I actually have control over. Anyways, I am back, and hopefully this time it is for good. No more long hiatus' and I will hopefully return to the journal features this weekend if I can.
